The EVE LOM x Slip Beauty Sleep Giveaway (the “Promotion”) starts on Monday, December 16, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”).

Please read these Official Rules carefully as they contain important information about how the Promotion will be conducted, including eligibility to enter, how to enter and participate.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

Promotion is open to legal residents of the UK and US, who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of EVE LOM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win.

 

HOW TO ENTER:

During the Promotion Period, go to @evelom or @slipsilkpillowcase on Instagram and engage with the giveaway post by liking and tagging content as communicated. Following @evelom and @slipsilkpillowcase on Instagram is a “Must” condition to successfully enter the promotion. Each tag will be granted (1) giveaway entry. An additional (5) entries will be granted on signing up for EVE LOM and Slip e-mail subscriptions at https://www.evelom.com/pages/eve-lom-x-slip-giveaway.

RANDOM DRAWING:

One (1) winner will be selected and the final drawing result will be announced on Monday, December 23, 2024. Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the random drawing. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

 

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The winner will be notified via Instagram and must respond to the prize opportunity within 24 hours of initial notification, or another winner will be selected. Winners will be required to provide their mailing address in order to obtain their prize. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, failure to respond to Sponsor’s phone and/or email notification within 48 hours of initial notification or failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, or noncompliance with these Official Rules by the potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, prize may be awarded to an alternate. Any personal information provided by the winner will be kept in confidential and used for delivering the prize only.

 

GRAND PRIZE (1):

One (1) winner will receive one (1) $100/£100 e-voucher to evelom.com, one (1) $100/£100 e-voucher to slip.com and (2): one (1) Beauty Sleep Bundle featuring: one (1) EVE LOM Time Retreat Smoothing Eye Complex, one (1) Slip Large Scrunchie, and one (1) Slip Sleep Mask, Set Value $147.50/£127.50. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize package is $347.50/£327.50.

 

PRIZE CONDITIONS:

Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
